Temporary Mobile Medical Receptionist Float - Bilingual

Job Overview

Provide bilingual reception and administrative support for TrueCare's mobile medical and dental services during a temporary six-to-nine-month assignment. Drive and operate mobile units after training, register patients, support billing and electronic health-record workflows, follow vehicle and workplace safety and reporting procedures, provide professional customer service, protect confidential information, and represent TrueCare at community events. The role requires flexibility for hours outside the normal schedule and Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of administrative or clerical experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
• Valid California Class C driver's license
• Ability and willingness to drive 36-foot and 40-foot mobile units after employer training
• Knowledge of medical or dental terminology
• Knowledge of professional and ethical standards in a healthcare environment
• Microsoft Office and electronic health record skills
• Availability outside standard business hours and on Saturdays
• Ability to provide professional customer service and protect confidential information
• Associate degree preferred
• Medical, dental, or community-clinic experience preferred
